Every contracted dollar, without the manual cross-check.
Know what each agreement commits you to, bill and pay what was agreed, and act on renewals before they pass — all from the contracts you already signed.
The commitments are in the contract. The money is in the ERP. Nothing compares them.
Pricing, escalators, minimums, renewal windows and service levels live in signed PDFs in a shared folder. Invoices live in the ERP. Amendments arrive by email, and what was actually agreed often lives with the person who negotiated it.
When finance asks why a customer is still on the old rate, or procurement asks whether a vendor invoice is right, the challenge isn't finding the contract. It's knowing which terms are in force after every amendment, comparing them with what was billed, paid and recognized, and showing the clause the answer came from.
Unbilled escalators, unmet minimums, missed renewals and vendor overcharges follow — each one small enough to miss, and large enough to matter in aggregate.
PDF, ERP, inbox and memory.
Contracts, in practice.
Structured extraction
Terms, parties, dates, rates, minimums, escalators and obligations are extracted from the document with every value traceable to the clause it came from.
Amendments and lineage
Addendums are linked to their parent agreement and scored line by line, so you can see what an amendment did to MRR, ARR and total contract value.
Billing assurance
Expected billing is generated from the contract and matched to issued invoices. What was never billed is reported as leakage, not as a rounding difference.
Revenue assurance
ASC 606 recognition schedules are built from the terms and reconciled against what the ledger actually recognized, with divergences flagged for review. Farsight DS detects; it never posts.
Obligations and service levels
Deliverables, notice periods and SLAs become tracked obligations with owners and dates rather than clauses nobody re-reads.
Renewals and trigger events
Renewal and notice windows are calendared, and two-phase or event-triggered rates re-rate the schedule with an audit trail when the trigger fires.
Vendor commercial assurance
The same treatment applied in the other direction: are you being charged what you agreed, and are your suppliers meeting what they committed to?
From your systems to a decision.
The contract says 4%. The invoices say 0%.
A three-year agreement carries a 4% annual escalator from its anniversary. Farsight DS generates the expected billing from the clause, matches it to the invoices issued since, and reports the shortfall as leakage — with the clause and each invoice attached.

Frequently asked questions.
Which agreements can Farsight DS read?
Customer and vendor agreements and their amendments. Terms, parties, dates, rates, minimums, escalators and obligations are extracted, and every value is traceable to the clause it came from.
Does Farsight DS post anything to our ledger?
No. It builds the expected billing and recognition from the terms and reconciles them against what was invoiced and recognized. Divergences are flagged for review — Farsight DS detects; it never posts.
What counts as leakage?
Revenue the contract says was owed but was never billed. Expected billing is generated from the agreement and matched to issued invoices; what never appears is reported as leakage, not as a rounding difference.
Does Farsight DS replace our ERP, CRM or other systems?
No. Your ERP, CRM, HRIS, operational systems and document repositories stay where they are and remain where the work gets done. Farsight DS reads from them and connects the information across them.
Do we have to license the other products?
No. Every product is useful on its own, and none is a prerequisite for another. Each one you add gives the others more context, so start with the one you need and add more when they create value.
